PAYMENT TERMS

-Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales or excise taxes.
-Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
-Prior notice of change will be made where and when possible.
-Possession of a price sheet does not necessarily entitle you to the net prices.
-All orders are subject to acceptance by Suncourt Inc.
-2% per month (24% APR) charged on balances past due.
-Orders which do not qualify for prepaid freight must be consignee billed or freight and handling
charges are added to the invoice.
-Orders for other than full case quantities are charged $5.00 for each broken case.

RETURNS

-Return authorization is required. Complete the "Warranty Inquiry" form on the "Contact Us" page.
-Return goods subject to inspection by Suncourt Inc. prior to issuing a Merchandise Credit.
-Merchandise Credit for returns may be less handling and restocking charges.
